Returned some boots on the second day of the Christmas sale - exchanged for a pair of different boots and shoes - the shoes weren’t in stock so she found me a similar pair to try on for size - she ordered them online for me for delivery to my house - such an easy process, no rushing, dealt with Farah (store manager)....... absolutely 10/10
