  We were given a time slot which surely should mean they are measuring the amount of people in the building for both health and safety and comfort. This definitely wasn’t the case. Queues of 30 minutes plus for every ride, cinema and grossly overpriced cafe. Supervision was very poor and although I totally agree you have to be with your party at all times, it was exhausting as Grandparents to be constantly standing in queues and running around to ensure their safety. It didn’t feel at all safe so there was a constant worry that someone could take the girls. Very overpriced and very disappointed

  Definitely not a day out. The kids will enjoy it, but you'll only get a couple of hours - three storey the most. Make your own mind up ad to whether the entrance is worth it.
