- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-11, by Sam TennantCheckouts were full of staff but it seemed the vast majority would rather enter detailed conversations with shoppers about their personal lives - it took an age to get served. Eventually Lateefah served us and apologised. But we even had to change floors as we stood at a checkout, behind one customer which it was taking FOREVER to serve - we weren't even acknowledged.
