  asked for a morning appointment was told yes will sort a morning appointment out, fitter then phones on the day says he will be between 12pm and 3pm seems to me as soon as they have your money they don't care. worst is they asked to make sure old carpet is up but leave the carpet grippers now have to re schedule for fitting. god help them if i am going upstairs and i stand on one of the carpet grippers. not happy and after this will not use them again.seems to me commission does not work all they are bothered about is selling, not interested in there service, once you have paid you are on your own. Also when you phone with a problem they don't care and its always someone else they blame it on
