  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE i recently visited this store to exchange a bangle that was an unsuitable Valentines day gift to me. As it was a present I did not have the receipt. The bangle is still currently being sold at the store at full price, which shows that it must have been a recent purchase. Sally was the team member that assisted me. Sally is a sweet girl who I believe did her best to help me - but essentially Sally was the messenger between the store Manager KAMAL and I, as every question I asked her, Sally had to go in the back to speak to KAMAL and relay his answer to me. At no point did KAMAL come out from the back and show me the grace of speaking to me himself. KAMAL (through Sally) refused to allow me to exchange the bangle saying that it "showed signs of being worn'. This is ludicrous as I have NEVER worn the bangle. I will never shop in this store again or encourage others to do so. I feel that KAMAL was rude in not speaking to me personally and allowing Sally to be the go-between. I believe that Kamal could have allowed me to exchange the bangle if he wanted to show me good customer service. Refusing on the grounds the bangle appeared to be have been worn (when it hadn't) is a step to far for me.
