Came here to exchange a shirt for a different standard sleeve length. The member of staff couldn't have had less desire to help after he'd realised the shirt wasn't already in this store's stock. No offer to check other stores' stock, no offer to order it in for exchange at a later date, just told to post it back. If it's not on their shelves or if you want to exchange something, hopefully you get someone other than we got.
